Roeslein & Associates in St. Louis seeks a Director of Compliance to lead compliance, regulatory reporting, environmental attribute management, and certification across the Renewables Division.

This senior role ensures audit readiness, manages programs for EPA RFS, LCFS, CFR, 45Z credits, ISCC and related frameworks, and partners with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and regulators. You will build a high-performing team, drive governance and risk programs, and enable growth in RNG,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 10+ years in renewable fuels or environmental markets.
• Advanced degrees (MBA/JD) preferred, with leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of EPA RFS, LCFS, CFR, 45Z credits, and ISCC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compliance strategy, governance, and risk management for the Renewables Division.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, environmental attribute management, and certifications.
• Manage audits, attest engagements, and regulatory examinations with regulators.
• Partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Government Affairs.
