Christianson PLLP is seeking an Energy Compliance Auditor to perform attestation engagements and analyze renewable fuel regulatory compliance for clients. The role includes researching LCFS and RFS programs, developing audit and verification programs, and communicating findings to clients and staff.

The position requires 3+ years in Renewable Fuels, LCFS verification credentials, and strong analytical skills.

Qualificações

• A 2 or 4-year degree in business, accounting, financial, management, or related field is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience with Renewable Fuels.
• Accredited LCFS Lead Verifier.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and staff.
• Can work independently but also in a team.
• Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; intermediate Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare attestation engagements and agreed-upon procedures and audit reports.
• Collect and analyze data related to renewable fuel production facilities for compliance.
• Understand EPA Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and LCFS and monitor regulatory changes.
• Validate pathways under the Renewable Fuels Standard Quality Assurance Program.
• Research new regulation releases and summarize programs for renewable fuels.
• Represent the firm professionally and communicate effectively with clients.
• Serve as liaison between staff and managers/supervisors.
• Determine accounting needs and recommend solutions; assist with business issues.
• Participate in business development and cultivate client relationships.
