Job summary

Musket Corp in Houston seeks a Regulatory Compliance Lead to manage end-to-end compliance for U.S. and international low-carbon fuel programs, focusing on RFS, LCFS, and ISCC.

You’ll own feedstock traceability, mass balance systems, RIN generation, and audit readiness. The role sits at the intersection of plant operations, trading, sustainability, and regulatory reporting, ensuring environmental attributes are generated, optimized, and monetized across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in renewable fuels, refining, or commodities trading is essential.
• Knowledge of EPA RFS, LCFS, CI modeling, and audit processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• RFS program management across EMTS, batch generation, and attest engagement packages.
• LCFS and clean fuel program support including CI tracking and audits.
• Own feedstock traceability and mass balance documentation across multiple feedstocks.
• Maintain ISCC sustainability certification and POS documentation.
• Lead regulatory reporting calendars and external audits with strong controls.
• Integrate compliance workflows into ETRM and plant data systems.
