Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of title review experience.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, lenders, and consultants.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, and related land documentation.
• Maintain ENGIE's Title Review Excel Spreadsheet with requirements and tracking.
• Prepare Title Status Reports summarizing findings, deficiencies, risks, and financing considerations.
• Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance title policies.
• Review ALTA/NSPS surveys for investor and lender requirements.
• Evaluate easements, access rights, encroachments, and constructability.
• Attend project meetings and provide bi-weekly status updates.
• Support mineral title review activities.
