Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewables projects through title review, survey review, curative actions, and project finance coordination.

You will work with Development, Land, Legal and Finance teams, as well as title companies and lenders, to ensure site control, title policies and surveys meet investor requirements. The role requires meticulous detail, strong project management, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience reviewing title commitments, policies, land documents.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and related land documents for utility-scale projects.
• Populate and maintain Title Review Excel Spreadsheet with key data.
• Prepare Title Status Reports highlighting findings, risks and financing considerations.
• Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments for ENGIE and investors.
• Review ALTA/NSPS surveys for compliance with investor and title requirements.
• Evaluate easements, corridors, encroachments and constructability impacts.
• Coordinate title curative actions with landowners, utilities, lenders and stakeholders.
• Support mineral title review for title policies.
• Attend project meetings and provide bi-weekly status updates.
