Job summary

AES Clean Energy is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support our scheduling team. You will develop, maintain, and optimize schedules across utility-scale renewable energy projects including PV, BESS, and HV, ensuring cross-functional alignment from development through execution.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in project scheduling/controls within renewables or EPC, and strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office, with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Project Scheduling or Project Controls within renewable energy, construction, or EPC sectors.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Strong planning, analytical thinking, risk identification/mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for utility-scale renewables (PV, BESS, HV).
Lead schedule meetings; provide insights on performance, critical path, and risk exposures.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and schedules.
Monitor progress against plans; identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
Ensure contract compliance and proper reporting of KPIs and risk assessments.
