Job summary

DESRI invites motivated students to join its Summer 2027 internship program for a 10-week period (June–August), spanning Asset Management, Construction, Engineering, Development, Preconstruction, Project Management, and Project Delivery. Interns gain exposure to solar, battery storage, and wind assets and work with mentors on real projects.

Across assignments, you'll contribute to analysis, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration while presenting your work at summer's end.

Qualifications

• Analytical, accomplished students with interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction, project development, asset management, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Record of academic and/or professional achievement.
• Ability to collaborate in small, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist across Asset Management, Construction, Engineering, Development, Preconstruction, Project Management, and Project Delivery.
• Support schedules, budgets, field activities, and project risks.
• Contribute to technical analyses and evaluation of project designs as assets progress.
• Collaborate with mentors and project managers and present work at the end of the internship.
