Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant transactional experience.
• Experience in debt project finance or tax equity financings.
• Exposure to tax credit transferability and infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in debt project finance, including drafting credit agreements and collateral documents.
• Participate in tax equity financings and tax credit sales.
• Due diligence on offtake, EPC, supply, and O&M contracts.
• Collaborate across offices with partner mentorship.
• Develop client relationships and business opportunities.
