Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a project finance or tax equity associate/senior associate for its Tax Credits and Projects practice in Denver, CO. The candidate should have substantial transactional experience in debt project finance or tax equity financings, with a focus on renewable energy infrastructure.

Duties include negotiating debt agreements, participating in tax equity financings and ITC/PTC structures, and conducting due diligence on contracts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ITC/PTC structures in renewable energy.
• Exposure to tax credit transferability and infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in debt project finance, including credit agreements and collateral documents.
• Participate in tax equity financings and tax credit sales.
• Conduct due diligence on offtake, EPC, supply, and O&M contracts.
• Collaborate across offices with direct partner mentorship.
• Develop early client contact and business development skills.
