You will advise on tax implications of transactions, draft and review tax documents, and collaborate with colleagues on complex matters while conducting thorough legal research.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of residence or eligible to waive in.
