Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing required.
• 3–5 years of debt and tax equity project finance and M&A experience.
• Experience managing transactions and facilitating closings.
• Familiarity with tax equity structures and partnership tax concepts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and term debt facilities and tax credit monetization transactions.
• Assist in financing transactions, acquisitions, and joint ventures of projects.
• Draft financing agreements and related deal documents.
• Execute due diligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
