• Proficiency in leading complex financial transactions from inception to close.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level debt and tax equity financings.
• Coach and mentor junior finance team members.
• Oversee development and maintenance of financial models.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for deal closures.
• Represent Cloudbreak at industry conferences.
