Job summary

Pivot Energy in the United States is seeking a Project Development Associate to support solar project development activities, site assessments, and permitting document preparation. You will assist Developers and Directors in managing third-party contractors, landowner documents, and community outreach efforts.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask across multiple projects while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of renewable energy development experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Developers and Directors of Project Development with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
• Evaluate site viability through site visits, diligence, permitting analysis, and environmental reviews.
• Engage landowners, obtain real property documents, and assist with title curative tasks.
• Assist in creating permitting submittal documents.
• Organize projects, maintain files, budgets, and records in Procore & Salesforce.
• Monitor interconnection portal and coordinate study deadlines.
• Attend community events, take notes, and publish meeting minutes.
• Support outside vendors and process invoices per work authorizations.
