Job summary

AKS Engineering & Forestry, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, Development Services to support planning and development of large‑scale renewable energy projects. You will work with project managers, engineers, utilities, and landowners to move projects from early development through readiness, coordinating schedules and deliverables and assisting with permitting and due diligence.

You will gain exposure to solar PV, battery energy storage, wind, and other renewables, building expertise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, renewable energy, engineering, consulting, infrastructure, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, construction management, planning, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of utility-scale renewable energy projects from early development to readiness.
• Assist with schedules, development plans, budgets, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landowners, agencies, utilities, and other stakeholders to keep development on track.
• Help manage permitting, site control, interconnection, due diligence, and environmental review.
