Job summary

AKS Engineering & Forestry, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Development Services to support utility-scale renewable energy programs across the United States, starting with a large New Mexico project and expanding to additional development efforts.

You will manage project workstreams, coordinate with clients, consultants, landowners, agencies, and utilities, and ensure schedules, risks, and deliverables are tracked and communicated clearly to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy development, project management, consulting, engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy projects such as solar, battery energy storage, wind, or other large-scale energy infrastructure.
• Ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and multiple workstreams with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects from early-stage development through project readiness.
• Take ownership of assigned project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landowners, agencies, utilities, and other project stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Support permitting, interconnection, due diligence, site control, and project planning.
