Job summary

TotalEnergies Group's Integrated Power USA is seeking a Development Product Owner to lead digital product ownership across CRM, GIS, and data workflows in a dynamic energy environment.

You will define product vision, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions that enable faster project delivery while maintaining governance and data quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, GIS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements, roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience interfacing between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner for Development digital products, defining product vision, outcomes, priorities, backlogs, roadmaps, releases, and enhancement sequencing.
• Translate business needs into process maps, user stories, functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, data requirements, testing scenarios, and implementation priorities.
• Coordinate discovery, design reviews, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and business acceptance.
• Partner with Business Applications, IT, Data Governance, cybersecurity, software vendors, and consultants on feasibility, delivery approach, and supportability.
• Lead governance, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of Development platforms and tools.
