Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical product management experience in T&D, SCADA, or related software.
• Experience with Power Plant Controllers, Renewable SCADA, Energy Management Systems, or Hybrid Software Systems.
• Strong exposure to cloud platforms, AI/ML, edge computing, and modern software architectures.
• Experience collaborating with utilities, regulators, or grid modernization programs.
• Familiarity with IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE 2030.5, OpenFMB, NERC CIP.
• Experience supporting sales or pre-sales in North America.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and long-term strategy for renewable automation and control software.
• Build multi-year roadmaps aligned with market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Managers.
• Establish product management frameworks, lifecycle processes, and go-to-market best practices.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and customer success.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements across renewable automation, grid control, and energy management solutions.
• Work closely with engineering and software development teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Champion adoption of modern technologies such as cloud, AI/ML, and edge computing.
• Engage with utilities, regulators, and industry stakeholders to understand market drivers and customer pain points.
• Stay informed on digital grid modernization, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory evolution.
• Support competitive positioning, industry analysis, and product messaging.
• Gather customer feedback to influence future roadmap and product improvements.
