The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for carrying out routine and preventive maintenance tasks, which may include cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment. This role also involves conducting thorough inspections to identify any potential issues or wear and tear, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition. In the event of any problems, the Maintenance Worker will troubleshoot to determine the cause and implement appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will assist in performing repairs and replacements, using your technical skills and knowledge to restore equipment to its full functionality. Keeping detailed records of all maintenance activities is crucial for tracking the history of each piece of equipment and planning future maintenance tasks. This documentation is essential for ensuring the safety and efficiency of the operations.

You will work in a team environment at our Austin, TX facility. The workplace is in Texas, with a focus on renewable energy projects. Collaboration with other maintenance staff and engineers is essential.
