Qualifications

• 2–6 years in administrative/civil litigation and energy law
• Experience in state or federal administrative law and energy law
• Experience before Kentucky PSC and/or Kentucky Electrical Generation and Transmission Siting Board
• Experience appealing adverse admin decisions to Kentucky courts
• Regulatory counseling, transactional or litigation under major environmental programs beneficial
• Excellent legal writing, research and analysis skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to support team members and pursue ongoing education
• Superior academic credentials
