The role involves litigating before state bodies, providing regulatory counseling, and challenging adverse decisions in Kentucky courts. A JD and Kentucky Bar admission are required; 2–6 years of experience preferred.

• Experience with state or federal administrative law is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in administrative and civil litigation related to energy law.
• Provide regulatory counseling and transactional support under major environmental programs.
• Represent clients before the Kentucky Public Service Commission and the Kentucky Electrical Generation and Transmission Siting Board.
• Appeal adverse administrative decisions to Kentucky circuit courts and the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
