Qualifications

• 2–6 years of substantive experience in administrative/civil litigation and energy law.
• Experience before Kentucky PSC or Kentucky Electrical Generation and Transmission Siting Board is preferred.
• Experience appealing adverse administrative decisions to Kentucky courts is a plus.
• Regulatory counseling, transactional, and/or litigation in environmental programs is beneficial.
• Excellent legal writing, research and analysis skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
