DESRI invites law students to join its Summer 2027 internship, a 10-week program from June through August designed to expose you to the legal and commercial aspects of renewable energy projects. Interns will work with mentors and project managers to support DESRI’s portfolio across development, financing, acquisitions, and operation.

• JD students invited to apply with strong academic/professional record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; analytical thinking and judgment.
• Ability to collaborate in small cross-functional teams and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support Legal team on development, acquisition, financing, construction, and operation of renewable energy assets.
• Conduct legal research and assist with transaction documentation and due diligence.
• Assist with legal issues arising from the portfolio and cross-functional collaboration across DESRI teams.
