Renewable Careers Limited is a clean energy company developing, building, owning and operating renewable projects across the United States. Our Newark team is growing as New Jersey leads solar growth and offshore wind expansion.

The role supports engineering across our project pipeline, with hands-on responsibility from day one, and opportunities to work on solar, wind and BESS projects, including site evaluations and interconnection processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and the clean energy transition.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical topics simply.
• Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design and technical reviews for solar, wind and BESS projects at all stages.
• Prepare energy production estimates, site evaluations and technical due diligence.
• Assist with interconnection applications and coordination with utilities and PJM processes.
• Review technical submittals from EPC contractors, consultants and equipment vendors.
• Support construction and commissioning; travel to project sites across the Northeast.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Environmental Engineering
