Renewable Careers Limited is seeking an entry-level engineer to grow with a fast-expanding clean energy portfolio across solar, wind, and BESS projects. You will support engineering across the project pipeline, learning from senior engineers and taking on real responsibility early in your career.

The role emphasizes hands-on design reviews, energy production estimates and interconnection work, with travel to Texas project sites and a focus on developing practical skills in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy and the clean energy transition.
• Strong data analysis and spreadsheet skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to simplify technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering across the project pipeline and learn from experienced engineers.
• Assist with design reviews for solar, wind and BESS projects.
• Prepare energy production estimates and site evaluations.
• Help with interconnection applications and ERCOT processes.
• Review technical submittals from EPCs, consultants and vendors.
• Support construction and commissioning with travel to project sites in Texas and nearby states.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
