Job summary

Primary Services seeks a Digital Transformation Lead to own digital products and workflows for renewable energy development in a hybrid Austin, TX role. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, user stories, and scalable solutions, collaborating across Development, GIS, IT, and analytics teams.

You will lead discovery, testing, and adoption, shaping dashboards, data products, and leadership reporting while exploring AI, cloud, and low-code platforms to advance project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in product ownership, business analysis, digital solutions, or related fields.
• Experience developing roadmaps, requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through discovery, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, data flows, software lifecycle management, and governance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Power Platform, QGIS/GIS, or Databricks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, releases, and enhancement strategies for Development digital products.
• Translate business needs into process maps, user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios.
• Lead discovery, design reviews, demonstrations, UAT, release readiness, and business acceptance.
• Support CRM, GIS, reporting, analytics, workflow automation, and emerging technology platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve Development processes, project visibility, data quality, and decision-making.
• Define requirements for dashboards, KPIs, data products, visualization, and leadership reporting.
• Partner with GIS specialists on mapping, spatial analysis, site evaluation, and geospatial data workflows.
• Evaluate AI, cloud technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and data platforms.
• Lead cross-functional workshops, vendor evaluations, implementations, user communications, and adoption initiatives.
• Maintain product documentation, governance records, decision logs, release info, and lifecycle plans.
