The role combines finance and contract expertise with strong relationship skills to support RFP responses and the integration of complex energy transactions within a growing renewables portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, utilities, or large infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret complex legal and financial documents (PPAs).
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage external client relationships and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to deadlines and compliance filings.
• Self-starter who owns projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• PPA lifecycle and development management.
• Execute PPAs from execution to COD with critical-path planning.
• Monitor milestones and issue notices to counterparties as required.
• Oversee compliance and reporting for contractual terms.
• Integrate complex energy transactions into portfolio management.
• Identify efficiencies in contract tracking and management.
• Coordinate across commercial, legal, and operations teams.
