You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and board-ready analysis while driving improvements in financial processes and reporting. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills to guide a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience analyzing financial information in a complex environment with leadership experience.
• Experience preparing materials for senior management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP; ability to navigate reporting requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build concise analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process with cross-functional coordination and consolidation.
• Oversee monthly forecasts and provide analytical insights to senior management.
• Analyze quarterly results for board reporting and management reviews.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and transparency of financial results.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects for Senior Vice President, Finance.
• Coach and mentor finance team members to support development.
