Job summary

Zero Impact Builders is seeking a construction laborer to support site operations with concrete work, material handling, and earthworks. You will assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete, follow plans, and help prepare sites for installation.

Role requires experience in general labor, a strong safety mindset, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work on-site with a focus on quality and efficiency in a dynamic renewable energy construction environment.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete work: forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, finishing.
• Prepare and clear construction sites, remove debris, maintain safety.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth for foundations.
• Operate heavy equipment such as Bobcat, backhoe or excavator.
• Follow blueprints and instructions from management.
