Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Chicago seeks an Associate, Commercial Contracts to support PPA Build Transfer and Development Transfer negotiations for renewable energy projects. You will coordinate with Development, Finance, Engineering, and Legal teams to prepare exhibits and documentation, and manage data rooms for transaction documents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, with hybrid in-office/remote work and competitive compensation.

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the Contracts team in the preparation of PPA, BT, and DT agreements.
• Coordinate with Development, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and other functions to prepare exhibits and documentation.
• Create and maintain data rooms for exchanging transaction documents.
• Support due diligence and RFP responses related to PPA, BT, and DT transactions.
