The role focuses on daily management of projects for public and private sector customers, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Senior Project Manager, maintaining schedules, managing vendors/subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of construction project management experience is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction practices.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking is expected.
• Engineering/technical education in progress is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management of renewable construction projects for public, institutional, government and commercial clients.
• Support Senior Project Manager with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and project setup rules.
• Interface with customers, vendors and internal teams to manage scope and expectations.
• Oversee schedule updates, look-ahead plans, and cost forecasting to project completion.
• Review subcontractor bids to align with scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitor safety standards and maintain project documentation and reporting.
