This position helps maintain consistent workflow across the department by supporting equipment operators, ensuring trailers and materials are moved and prepared as needed, and contributing to overall cleanliness and organization within work areas. The role is integral to keeping the rendering process safe, steady, and productive by providing reliable support wherever needed and helping maintain the conditions required for smooth plant operations. * Willing and able to unload combo units and safely transfer contents from trailers efficiently* Willing and able to clean work areas thoroughly using soap and high-pressure hoses, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout service and operational areas.* Ability to operate forklifts and other motorized equipment as required to support plant operations.* Willing and able to perform physical tasks including shoveling, cleaning, bending, stretching, reaching, and climbing stairs and ladders up to 60 feet.
