Job summary

MMS, a data-focused clinical research organization, seeks a REMS Business Analyst in Chicago to bridge business needs with IT delivery. You will gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into detailed business and functional specifications for REMS programs and websites, ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate multiple projects with IT, compliance, and operations, support UAT, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirement documents, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specs.
• Facilitate requirements review sessions and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage risks.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure regulatory compliance before deployment.
• Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders.
