Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in REMS is preferred.
• At least 2 years in project or program management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of REMS programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic oversight and timely execution of REMS objectives.
• Coordinate governance and cross-functional REMS workstreams and minutes.
• Monitor REMS program health and mitigate risks to support continuity.
• Develop, stage and review REMS materials for modification and approval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute REMS requirements.
• Maintain documentation to support inspections and governance.
