Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc is a data-focused clinical research organization delivering REMS programs and regulatory solutions across global sponsors. This REMS Business Analyst role partners with business stakeholders and IT to ensure compliant, timely delivery of REMS websites and related systems.

You will translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support validation, testing, and change management to meet regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, IT teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for REMS programs and related technology solutions.
• Translate client needs into actionable requirements for IT development teams.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects involving IT, compliance, operations, and stakeholders.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet regulatory and business requirements prior to deployment.
• Lead meetings and requirement sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
