Duties:

1. Represent clients in removal defense cases before immigration courts and related authorities
2. Prepare legal briefs, motions, and filings for a variety of immigration proceedings
3. Handle federal litigation matters in district and appellate courts
4. Participate in legal strategy meetings with other attorneys and staff
5. Provide legal analysis on cases involving the intersection of immigration and criminal law
6. Engage with USCIS, ICE, CBP, and the Board of Immigration Appeals
7. Contribute to the firm’s broader litigation efforts defending immigrant rights
8. Maintain accurate records and meet internal deadlines

Requirements:
