Duties
  1. Review client consultations and confirm legal strategy
  2. Conduct detailed case file reviews and analyze relevant documents
  3. Audit and correct legal documents for consistency and accuracy
  4. Oversee and manage case revision and final review workflows
  5. Attend USCIS interviews and represent clients in immigration court proceedings
  6. Conduct client meetings via phone and in person to provide legal guidance
  7. Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, pleadings, and appeals
  8. Collaborate with legal team to resolve case-specific legal questions
  9. Identify operational improvements and contribute to process development
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in humanitarian-based immigration law
  • Proficient in family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, and naturalization
  • Skilled in T-Visa, U-Visa, and VAWA applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel as required for case representation
Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
