Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals.
• Demonstrated courtroom or hearing experience (EOIR, IJ, BIA, or federal court).
• A personal or professional commitment to serving immigrant communities.

Responsibilities

• Handle your own docket of removal cases from day one.
• Cultivate referral relationships and contribute to firm visibility.
• Help shape the strategic direction of the firm.
