Konare Law in the United States seeks a partner-track immigration removal defense associate. You will handle your own docket from day one with mentorship, infrastructure, and appellate support, and you will advocate in EOIR or BIA contexts to protect clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in immigration removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals.
• Demonstrated courtroom or hearing experience in immigration removal court (EOIR), before IJ, the BIA, or federal court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills in removal defense contexts.

Responsibilities

• You will handle your own docket of immigration removal defense cases from day one, with mentorship, infrastructure, and appellate support.
• Over time, you’ll be expected to cultivate referral relationships, contribute to firm visibility, and help shape our strategic direction within our immigration removal defense litigation practice.
