Job summary

Konare Law in the United States seeks an experienced immigration removal defense attorney for a partner-track role. You will handle your own docket from day one, with mentorship, infrastructure, and appellate support, while building referral relationships and helping shape the firm’s growth.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, is admitted to a U.S. state bar, and has 3–5 years of hands-on removal defense experience in EOIR or BIA contexts, with strong research, writing,

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in immigration removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals.

Responsibilities

• Handle your own docket of immigration removal defense cases from day one, with mentorship and appellate support.
• Cultivate referral relationships, contribute to firm visibility, and help shape strategic direction in removal defense.
• Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy in removal defense contexts.
