Job summary

Axiom is hiring a ZK Proof Engineer to implement and optimize cryptographic code for zero-knowledge proof generation. You will build systems interfacing with low-level hardware like the RISC-V ISA, compiler frameworks such as LLVM/MLIR, and database backends to connect them with ZK proof systems.

The role requires strong math/cryptography background or problem-solving skills, proficiency in Rust or C/C++, and a security-minded, performance-focused mindset. Remote candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong background in math/cryptography or problem-solving with interest in zero-knowledge proofs.
• Proficiency in Rust, C/C++ or a similarly performant backend language (Rust preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a security mindset and focus on performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize cryptographic code for zero-knowledge proof generation.
• Build systems interfacing with RISC-V ISA, LLVM/MLIR, and database backends with ZK proofs.
• Optimize ZK provers and design novel ZK circuits to enable rapid, secure development.
