Cryptography Recruitment Consultant @ Plexus Resource Solutions

Plexus have partnered with an early-stage crypto startup building next-generation cryptographic infrastructure to scale decentralized applications. The small, highly skilled team works on some of the most complex challenges in zero-knowledge proofs.

Your role:

Design and optimize ZK proof systems and cryptographic protocols

Work across compilers, low-level systems, and circuit implementations

Influence the technical direction and architecture of key projects

You should have:

Strong math or cryptography background, or equivalent problem-solving experience with a passion for ZK

Experience with Rust, C/C++, or similar high-performance languages

A detail-oriented, security-first mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Early-stage position with significant ownership

Build core ZK infrastructure with real-world impact

Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
