Job summary

Men In Blazers LLC is seeking a Coordinating Producer, YouTube, to drive end-to-end publishing and backend strategy across MiB’s video channels. Lead the YouTube publishing team, ensure quality, and optimize post-production workflows while collaborating with senior leadership on titles, thumbnails and schedules.

• Proven experience creating audio and visual content across platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various development stages.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and distribution tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to help teammates and adapt as needed.
• Passion for football and soccer culture.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Audition, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end publishing and backend strategy for YouTube channels.
• Lead the YouTube publishing staff and ensure post-production quality.
• Maintain production calendars and align with brand schedules across verticals.
• Develop thumbnails, titles, metadata, and playlists; coordinate with senior leadership.
• Publish YouTube Shorts and Community Tab posts following best practices.
• Coordinate production calendars to align with Men in Blazers brand.
• Deliver regular content rollout reports to senior management.
