Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive production experience.
• Experience leading productions from concept to delivery.
• Experience managing people, contractors, or production teams.
• Deep understanding of YouTube, video podcasts, and digital-first storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the VP of Content's day-to-day production partner.
• Own production operating system, including meetings, timelines, workflows and trackers.
• Lead production across YouTube, podcasts, original programming, branded content, and live productions.
• Manage and develop the Content Producer and freelance network.
• Translate ideas into executable production plans and improve workflows and efficiency.
• Partner with Partnerships to deliver authentic branded content.
• Help produce live events, original series, and special productions.
• Maintain readiness across the Oak Brook production studio.
