Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver adolescent and young adult telehealth groups. You will facilitate sessions, collaborate with care teams, and follow Charlie Health curricula, focusing on relational and evidence-based modalities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, flexibility for late afternoons/evenings, and comfortable use of Zoom, Gmail, Slack, and EMR systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Proficiency in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI a plus).
• Able to run effective telehealth sessions and maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort with cloud-based collaboration tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox).

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with supervisor or director for check-ins.
• Respond to emails/Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum prior to group sessions.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour and foster engagement.
• Collaborate with care team and maintain professional standards.
• Document notes within 24 hours and adhere to DHCS/Joint Commission standards.
• Support and participate in team supervision and group activities.
