Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking qualified mental health professionals to facilitate remote adolescent and young adult group sessions. You will use multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR) within a supportive, empathetic clinical team.

This is a part-time 1099 role with evening and weekend hours, requiring strong telehealth skills and reliable internet. The position emphasizes warm, relational care and collaboration with supervisors, care coaches, and primary therapists to deliver high-quality virtual

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR).
• Ability to deliver remote telehealth groups.
• Proficient with cloud-based communication tools and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate adolescent/young adult group sessions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and care team for ongoing quality supervision.
• Maintain timely documentation within 24 hours.
• Engage clients and foster group cohesion in virtual format.
• Collaborate with care team across therapists and coaches.
• Adhere to ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
