Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking mental health professionals to provide remote, telehealth group services for adolescent and young adult clients. A Masters degree in mental health is required and experience with youth is essential.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, utilizing modalities like DBT and CBT, and you will participate in supervision and collaborative care activities. You’ll conduct groups via telehealth, maintain thorough documentation, and coordinate with care teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Masters degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Well versed in a variety of modalities and able to integrate them in treatment.
• MI certification is a plus.
• Ability to conduct group treatment and engage clients over video.

Responsibilities

• Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor at least 1x/month for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack communications within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum prior to group start time.
• Arrive early to scheduled group times and facilitate sessions for the full hour.
• Facilitate groups using current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision.
• Maintain professional boundaries and keep documentation timely and accurate.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff.
