Best Buy is seeking a Manager, Yield Operations to drive inventory monetization, pricing, forecasting, and programmatic execution across CTV and Amazon DSP. This hands-on role influences revenue growth and inventory performance and supports new processes and strategy in a high-growth area.

Hybrid work is required, with some days at office in Richfield, MN or New York City, and some days remote. Prior experience in digital advertising, programmatic platforms, and Amazon DSP certification is

Competenze

• 3 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic advertising, ad operations, or yield management.
• 2 years of experience at a retail media network, publisher, agency, DSP, SSP, or ad tech company.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon DSP and has Amazon DSP certification.
• 2 years of experience with CTV advertising and streaming inventory monetization.
• 2 years of experience with Deal IDs, PMP transactions, Programmatic Guaranteed executions.
• 2 years of experience with inventory forecasting, sell-through analysis, pricing strategy, or yield optimization.

Mansioni

• Manage Deal ID pricing, floor pricing, and yield strategies across CTV and programmatic inventory.
• Execute and optimize campaigns directly within Amazon DSP.
• Create, activate, troubleshoot, and analyze Deal IDs, PMPs, and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
• Build inventory, revenue, and sell-through forecasts that support business planning.
• Provide requirements for reporting and dashboards that track inventory utilization, pricing performance, and revenue trends.
• Partner with Sales, Media Planning, Ad Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to improve execution and grow revenue.
