Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Manager, Yield Operations to lead revenue growth in CTV and programmatic inventory. The role involves ownership of pricing, forecasting, and direct work in Amazon DSP and other ad tech platforms, with impact on overall revenue and inventory performance.

Hybrid role requiring some days at the Richfield, MN or New York City offices, and some remote work. Candidates may qualify for remote work outside these metros.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic advertising, ad operations, or yield management.
• 2 years of experience at a retail media network, publisher, agency, DSP, SSP, or ad tech company.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon DSP and Amazon DSP certification.
• 2 years of experience with CTV advertising and streaming inventory monetization.
• 2 years of experience with Deal IDs, PMP transactions, Programmatic Guaranteed executions.
• 2 years of experience with inventory forecasting, sell-through analysis, pricing strategy, or yield optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Deal ID pricing, floor pricing, and yield strategies across CTV and programmatic inventory.
• Execute and optimize campaigns directly within Amazon DSP.
• Create, activate, troubleshoot, and analyze Deal IDs, PMPs, and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
• Build inventory, revenue, and sell-through forecasts that support business planning.
• Provide requirements for reporting and dashboards that track inventory utilization, pricing performance, and revenue trends.
• Partner with Sales, Media Planning, Ad Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to improve execution and grow revenue.
