Responsibilities

Technical product support for CD-SEM tools sales activities
Provide applications support for customers through recipe automation audits
Provide technical advice to the Marketing department for sales and trade shows
Development of training and demonstration materials
Review of training and demonstration materials for technical accuracy
Set and keep appropriate schedules for training on the assigned customer site
Provide highly detailed documentation for customer and/or Field Service Engineer training
Ability to transfer technical knowledge to less experienced engineers through on-the-job training
Ability to work independently with no supervision
