Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support for CD-SEM tools sales activities.
• Deliver applications support through recipe automation audits for customers.
• Offer technical advice to Marketing for sales and trade shows.
• Develop and review training and demonstration materials for accuracy.
• Schedule and conduct training at customer sites and document results.
• Transfer knowledge through on-the-job or classroom training to engineers.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and resolve complex problems.
